DELIVERY TO YOUR DOOR

We will deliver anything
in our catalogue anywhere in the UK. We offer a
choice of two despatch services:-

EXPRESS DELIVERY
- same day despatch and normally next working
day delivery in England/Wales or maximum 2-3 working
days delivery in Central/Northern Scotland, for
orders received by 12.00 mid-day. There are
certain products which are not available for same-day
despatch, so for the time being we ask that you place
your order by telephone only (ring 0800 281
639 ) if you want to use this option.

STANDARD DELIVERY
- normally maximum 5-7 working days delivery
England/Wales or 7-10 working days delivery in Central/Northern
Scotland. All orders placed on this web site,
apart from items delivered direct from the manufacturers
(see below) will be despatched by this service.

Direct Deliveries
Certain products are despatched direct from the manufacturers.
Please allow 10-14 working days for delivery of EPDM
Flat Roofing (product codes 09-XX) and Artificial Grass
products, and 2-3 weeks for deliveries of Greenhouses
(product codes 36-XX) and Canopies (product codes 92-XX).

PLEASE EXAMINE YOUR
GOODS CAREFULLY ON RECEIPT If there
is any evidence of damage either to the outer packaging,
or to the contents, please mark the carriers' delivery
sheet "DAMAGED". Please
do not mark the carriers' sheet "Unexamined"
as we may not be able to register any claim for damage
or shortage unless the problem is noted at the time of
delivery. If the packaging appears damaged but the
contents turn out to be OK, then nothing is lost!

on all orders over £350.00 placed on this website (applies
to Standard Delivery service to UK Mainland addresses
only). Please note certain products are excluded from
free delivery. This will be indicated in the product
description where this applies.

STANDARD DELIVERY
- orders up to £75 - £7.95; orders £75 to £200
- £10.95; orders £200 to £350 - £13.95; orders over
£350 - FREE. All orders placed on this web site,
apart from items delivered direct from the manufacturers
(see above) will be despatched by this service.

EXPRESS DELIVERY
- orders up to £75 - £22.00; orders £75 to £350 - £27.00;
orders over £350 - £32.00. There are certain products
which are not available for same-day despatch, so for
the time being we ask that you place your order by telephone
only (ring 0800 281 639) if you want
to use this option.
- Carriage charge applies on total order value after all
discounts. These rates apply to deliveries on UK mainland
only, and special rates may apply elsewhere. Certain products
may attract separate carriage charges unrelated to order
value.

£25.00 off orders over £225.00
£65.00 off orders over £500.00

CUT TO SIZE SERVICE
- We will cut any flat sheet to size - this service is FREE
to callers; a 10% surcharge applies for delivered orders.
If you place your order through this website the cut to
size option will be offered on those products where it is
available, and the cutting charge will automatically be
added to the price if you request it.
